Dear
Friends,
Whenever
people see our trucks or our business cards they always ask
about the “Baby Footprints”, what’s the story
and why do use them as part of our S.T.E.P. Ahead Systems.
Those
footprints hold two special meanings for our company.
First,
they remind me everyday of our beginnings 15 years ago.
We started
our business and our family at the same time. Back then, as
new parents and new business owners, our motto was
“Just get through the day - one step at a time”.
|
|
Second,
they remind me to make sure we always take the extra steps necessary
to do the job right. "We go a step beyond to end up a step
ahead."
Eventually
those baby steps in business and the extra steps we took for our
customers evolved into our S.T.E.P. Ahead Customer Care
Systems.
Today
we're still proud parents, and business owners and we would like
to thank you and the over 8,000 satisfied customers who have helped
us grow and prosper through the years... one step at a time.

To
the wonderful people at J & M Carpet Cleaning
Thank
you so much for cleaning our carpets at a moments notice. While
we experienced the loss of my mother-in-law, you made it possible
to hold a wake at our house after the memorial service.
Our
carpets were filthy before you came, and looked absolutely wonderful
after you were done,
Thank
you!!

and George Gorkowski |

You
The
carpets look great! Everyone thinks they are new and are very
surprised to find out the carpet is at least 3 years old.

Water
Damage Restoration
Dear Mr.Moran,
When
the builder called you to our home in Gilbert, I had my doubts,
and was not sure what to expect. We had a broken water pipe
inside and approximately 80,000 gallons went thru the first
and second floors to all areas of the house.
When
your company arrived and began work, I asked questions as your
employees working on drying out my home and were helpful in
answering these concerns. With your arrival came more questions
and it became clear to me that you had done this before, and
are very good at it. Please except my sincere thanks with this
letter and consider me a sold customer on your process.
Your
company has much experience and knowledge in handling these
situations with professional employees and staff that worked
hard on completing this task. You may consider me a solid reference
in the future if needed.
Thank
You,
Wayne Harris, Gilbert AZ |

Sometimes the insurance company is so worried about these incidents
